Return and Refund Policy

You may request a refund if the product is defective, incorrect, or not delivered within 60 calendar days from the shipping date. Refund requests must be sent to our support team at support@glamurea.com with the order number and clear evidence (photos or video) of the issue. Once approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method. Refunds are not applicable for orders placed with incorrect shipping details or if the customer refuses delivery without valid reason.
